    Susan H. Kennedy, MD, Ph.D. joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in September 2003. She received her Ph.D. from Jefferson Medical College in 1996 and completed a post-doctoral fellowship position in the Department of Dermatology prior to starting medical school. Dr. Kennedy has received awards for her research and published many articles in the fields of Dermatology and Pathology during her training.


    She obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in June 2000 and completed her residency at Chestnut Hill Family Practice in Philadelphia. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

    Sandra Knudsen, MD joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in July 2005. She is a 1995 graduate of Elizabethtown College and a 1999 graduate of MCP-Hahnemann University School of Medicine. During medical school, she joined the Air Force Reserves. Upon graduation from medical school, she entered active duty in the United States Air Force.


    She completed her residency at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base, MD, and then served as a family physician at Dover Air Force Base, DE, for three years following her residency. Dr. Knudsen is a board certified Family Physician and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Her areas of special interest include wellness, nutrition, and pediatric and adolescent medicine. She is married and has 2 children and enjoys an active lifestyle including running, hiking and skiing.

    Anthony R. Rodriguez, MD, joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in September 2021. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola Marymount University in 1984. In 1989, he earned his medical degree at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine & Sciences/UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Abington-Jefferson Health Hospital as the Co-Chief of Family Medicine. Dr. Anthony R. Rodriguez is board certified in Family Medicine.


    Dr. Rodriguez enjoys teaching and working collaboratively with patients as well as students and has taught dozens of medical students and residents in their family practice preceptorships. Additionally, he served as Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Diversity at Drexel University, College of Medicine from 2006 to 2015.


    Dr. Rodriguez has also been active in the community for many years. Some of those activities have included, being the founding medical director for the Mazzoni Center LGBT Health Center in Philadelphia, and on the board of numerous nonprofits, most recently Mission Kids, a Child Advocacy Center in Montgomery County.  “My medical interests are around the entire person, working collaboratively to reach common goals for their health and well-being. I went into family medicine because I enjoy working with all populations.”


    Dr. Rodriguez has special interests in areas such as: Chronic care of diseases and coordination of care with the patient and specialists, HIV medicine, Adolescent care, Substance abuse, and LGBT Health Disparities.

    Alex Fierstein, DO, joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in August 2023. He grew up locally in Upper Dublin and attended the University of Michigan’s School of Kinesiology as an undergraduate. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he came back home and did research for a year at Temple University. Dr. Fierstein earned his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, during which he traveled to Guatemala to serve on a medical mission. For decades he and his family have proudly been involved in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

     

    With a broad, ever shifting range of professional interests that has always placed a premium on the biopsychosocial approach to treating individuals and families, he completed his residency at Abington Family Medicine.


    In his free time, Dr. Fierstein stays active playing a variety of sports. To relax, he enjoys watching standup comedy and reading. He is a big fan of Philadelphia and University of Michigan sports. Most of all he loves spending time with his niece and three nephews.

    Leslie A. Rougeaux, Family Nurse Practitioner, joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in September 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at West Chester University in 1985 and a Masters in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 with an Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specialty.


    After graduation, she spent 2 years in the National Health Service Corps providing Primary Care to an underserved community in California. Since 1996, she has been practicing in Montgomery County, PA. In 1998, she completed a Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters Certificate program at Allegheny University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

    Lisa Stringfellow, CRNP, joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in June of 2014. Lisa is a graduate of La Salle University, with a Master’s of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University. Lisa is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Her training consists of education in adults, pediatrics, and women’s health preparing her to take care of the entire family.


    Prior to graduate school, Lisa worked for 12 years at Abington Memorial Hospital as a staff nurse. During this time, certification as a medical surgical nurse through the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses was obtained. Advanced training in the care of trauma, telemetry, orthopedic, and bariatric surgery patients was received as a staff nurse. Lisa served as a preceptor and mentor for nursing students and new hires.


    She enjoys teaching First Aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator courses throughout the community as an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor. Lisa is married and has a daughter and son. She enjoys animals and has a dog and cat that share their home in Hatfield.

    Jamila “Mila” Gummo joined Green and Seidner Associates Family Practice in December 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Berea College in 2015 and an accelerated BSN from Moravian University in 2017.  After gaining experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Lehigh Valley Assertive Community Treatment Team, Mila then transitioned over to Rehabilitative Care with a focus on Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, and Brain Injury at Good Shepherd Rehab Hospital.


    Then, in 2023 she graduated from Cedar Crest College with her Masters in Nursing which allowed her to obtain credentials as a CRNP with a focus on Family Medicine. While at Cedar Crest, Mila received the Partners in Nursing (PIN) Scholarship Award for graduate students and also became a Clinical Instructor for two courses: Nursing Fundamentals and Health Assessment.  Her aforementioned focus on Family Medicine, in addition to her training at Cedar Crest College, has prepared her to provide healthcare to families throughout various stages of life, spanning from Pediatrics to adulthood and women's health.


    In her free time, Mila enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking, growing organic vegetables in her garden, and traveling both to her home country of Morocco and to other exciting places.

Deanna Cavallaro Fatzinger, CRNP

    Deanna Cavallaro Fatzinger, CRNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in December of 2023.  Deanna graduated from DeSales University’s Family Across the Lifespan Nurse Practitioner Program in August of 2023 and obtained her Master’s of Science in Nurses (MSN).  With her Degree as an FNP she has received education and training in caring for both the Adult and Pediatric populations.  She is also a Graduate of Marywood University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2015.

     

    Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse from 2015-2023 with Lehigh Valley Health Network. As an RN, she obtained experience working on both Adult and Pediatric Medical Surgical Units. She also worked as a Home Health Nurse within the Maternal/Child Specialty. Deanna has had the opportunity to be a Preceptor and Orient Nurses to their new roles. While working as a Pediatric RN, she also became a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN).

     

    Deanna has several hobbies, some of which include crocheting, hiking, dance, and disc golf.  She is married to her husband Zach and they are currently living in Bethlehem with their dog, Sylvee.
